Softball Recap: Chilhowie Extends Home Winning Streak to Seven

Chilhowie waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 6-1 win over the Patrick Henry Rebels. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 7-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Chilhowie pushed their record up to 12-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Patrick Henry, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
