Volleyball Recap: Tecumseh Starts off Right with Win over Forest Park

Tecumseh had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Forest Park Rangers by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The Braves have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rangers, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 21-25, 25-11.

Tecumseh's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lydia Wilson, who had 13 digs and four assists. That's the most digs Wilson has posted since back in October of 2024.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tecumseh will take on Evansville Mater Dei at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Forest Park, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Boonville at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
