Basketball Recap: Ralls Comes Up Short

Ralls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 31st straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 74-26 defeat at the hands of the Floydada Whirlwinds. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Whirlwinds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-24 back in January.

Ralls' loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Floydada, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-20.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Ralls is set to take on their familiar foe New Home at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Floydada will square off against rival Post at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
