Volleyball Recap: Jasper Find Success

Jasper's tournament run continued when they took on Soddy Daisy on Friday. The Vikings narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Trojans 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Jasper had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-21, 15-11.

Jasper's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Soddy Daisy, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Jasper didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Westmoreland on the 12th. As for Soddy Daisy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Wayne County on the 12th.
