Basketball Recap: New Rockford-Sheyenne Takes a Loss

New Rockford-Sheyenne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 49-33 to the LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-33 last Saturday.

New Rockford-Sheyenne's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for LaMoure/Litchville-Marion, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3.

New Rockford-Sheyenne will face off against Washburn at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. LaMoure/Litchville-Marion has already played their next match (against Napoleon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
