Basketball Recap: Asher Victorious

Asher posted their closest win since January 6th on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 37-34 victory over the Union City Tigers. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 55-49 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win made it two in a row for Asher and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for Union City, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, Asher is taking a road trip to face off against Carney at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Union City, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cordell at 6:30 p.m. on December 9.
