Basketball Recap: Mukwonago Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Mukwonago Indians lost to the Waubonsie Valley Warriors at home by a 67-53 margin. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 72nd in Wisconsin, while the Warriors are ranked tenth in Illinois).

This is the second loss in a row for Mukwonago and nudges their season record down to 9-6. As for Waubonsie Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 23-1.

Mukwonago will face off against Waukesha South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Waubonsie Valley has already played their next match (against DeKalb), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
