Basketball Game Preview: St. George's Dragons vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders

The St. George's Dragons are taking a road trip to take on the Northwest Christian School Crusaders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

St. George's took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They breezed by Newport to the tune of 68-41.

Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School blew past Kettle Falls, posting a 77-50 victory. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 20 points or more this season.

Northwest Christian School is also on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.5 points. As for St. George's, they now have a winning record of 10-9.

St. George's was dealt a bruising 69-35 loss at the hands of Northwest Christian School when the teams last played back in January. Can St. George's avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
