Soccer Recap: Summit Country Day Extends Winning Streak to Three

Summit Country Day barely beat Tippecanoe the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Silver Knights put the hurt on the Red Devils with a sharp 8-2 win on Saturday. Mia Stevens had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Summit Country Day.

The victory (which was Summit Country Day's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three matchups. As for Tippecanoe, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Summit Country Day will venture away from home to square off against Waynesville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tippecanoe, they will challenge Troy at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
