Soccer Game Preview: Sycamore vs. Lexington

The Sycamore War Eagles will challenge the Lexington Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sycamore will be strutting in after a victory while Lexington will be coming in after a defeat.

While Sycamore's win against Fairview wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The War Eagles skirted past the Yellowjackets 3-2. The victory continues a trend for Sycamore in their matchups with Fairview: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Lexington unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of Chester County by a score of 2-1.

Sycamore's win bumped their record up to 14-2-3. As for Lexington, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 10-7.
