Baseball Recap: David Thibodaux Takes a Loss

David Thibodaux lost to North Vermilion back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs lost 13-2 to the Patriots. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

David Thibodaux saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Devon Hammond, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

David Thibodaux's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for North Vermilion, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

David Thibodaux is taking a road trip to take on Vinton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Vermilion, they will be playing at home against Teurlings Catholic at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
