Football Game Recap: Vidalia vs. Appling County

Vidalia had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Appling County on Friday 28-20.

Vidalia's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 21 points in the first half. Appling County came up with 7 to put the score at 21-7. Vidalia were outperformed in the second half 7-13 but had enough in reserve from the first to take the contest. This was the first game for both teams, giving Vidalia a 1-0 record and starting Appling County off at 0-1.
