Sanford put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Escalante Lobos 3-0. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lobos, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sanford was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-12, 25-12.

Claire Crowther paced Sanford's offense, picking up nine kills. Crowther got some help from Avery Koenig and her 22 assists. Rose Schwartz controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Sanford's record is now 9-0. As for Escalante, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Sanford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Buena Vista on the 27th. As for Escalante, they will venture away from home to challenge Cuba at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
