Football Recap: Windsor Extends Winning Streak to Three

While Windsor put up some points on Saturday, the same can't be said for Montbello. The Wizards put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 23-0 victory. Given the Wizards' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado football rankings (they are ranked 39th, while the Warriors are ranked 169th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Adrian Czyszczon was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 147 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

The win (which was Windsor's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 2.3 points on average this season. As for Montbello, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Windsor will host Severance at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Montbello, they will head out on the road to take on Frederick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
