Baseball Recap: Overton Wolverines vs. Craigmont Chiefs
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Overton). Everything went their way against the Craigmont Chiefs on Friday as Overton made off with a 20-2 win. The victory continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Chiefs: they've now won six in a row.
Overton got a massive performance out of Jeremiah Haynes, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Xavier Smith, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.
