MEYSENBURG also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making two total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Cedar Bluffs had to suffer through a 61-30 loss at the hands of Lyons-Decatur Northeast. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-22.

Cedar Bluffs wouldn't let Lyons-Decatur Northeast keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Trayven Kluthe was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 55 yards.

Fullerton's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. As for Cedar Bluffs, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
