Basketball Recap: Upsala Skates Past St. John's Prep with Ease

Upsala waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 78-35 victory over the St. John's Prep Johnnies. With the Cardinals ahead 78-35 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Upsala was led to victory by Samuel Laliberte and Jack Primus. Laliberte went 9 of 12 on his way to 22 points, while Primus dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards. That's the most points Laliberte has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Klein, who posted 11 points.
