It's playoff time, and Mercedes had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Roma Gladiators to the tune of 65-29 on Friday. The Tigers' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Mercedes was led to victory by Robert Sanchez and Diego Bravo. Sanchez gained 235 total yards and three touchdowns, while Bravo threw for 216 yards and four touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes. What's more, Sanchez racked up 157 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in September. Frank Gonzalez was in the mix too, providing Mercedes with one score.

Mercedes was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 253 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 185 rushing yards in ten consecutive contests.

Mercedes' win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Roma, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-6.

As of now, neither Mercedes nor the Gladiators have any future games scheduled.
