Softball Recap: Wonderful College Prep Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Parlier

Wonderful College Prep Academy had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Parlier Panthers, falling 12-4. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Marli Flores made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Elina Acol, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.

The victory made it two in a row for Parlier and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Wonderful College Prep Academy has already played their next match, an 18-12 win against Coast Union on the 11th. As for Parlier, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Parlier Panthers duke it out with Wonderful College Prep Academy Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
