Siegel was the 51-46 winner over Franklin when they last played one another back in November of 2014, but their luck changed this time around. The Siegel Stars took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Franklin Admirals. The Stars' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Siegel's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Franklin, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Siegel won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Grundy County at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Franklin, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against LaVergne at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
