Football Game Preview: Central A & M Raiders vs. Fisher Bunnies

The Central A & M Raiders will venture away from home to take on the Fisher Bunnies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Central A & M has given up an average of 29.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Central A & M managed to slip by St. Teresa the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Raiders might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 35-14 to the Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The matchup was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but the Raiders couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Fisher fell victim to Tuscola and their airtight defense on Friday. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 1-0 to the Warriors. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Bunnies were not able to get on the board.

Fisher's loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Central A & M, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everything came up roses for Central A & M against Fisher in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 40-6 win. In that game, the Raiders amassed a halftime lead of 26-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
