Soccer Game Preview: Reagan vs. East Forsyth + How To Watch

The Reagan Raiders will venture away from home to face off against the East Forsyth Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Monday, Reagan didn't have quite enough to beat West Forsyth and fell 2-1. The defeat continues a trend for Reagan in their meetings with West Forsyth: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, East Forsyth came up short against R.J. Reynolds on Monday and fell 4-2. While losing is never fun, East Forsyth can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 216th, while R.J. Reynolds are ranked 65th).

Reagan's loss dropped their record down to 3-11-3. As for East Forsyth, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-1.

Reagan came out on top in a nail-biter against East Forsyth in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
