Our Lady of the Lake Catholic won the last time they faced Bangor and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lakers put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 11-4 win. The Lakers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Bradyn Harper, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Colin Watts, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run.

Our Lady of the Lake Catholic's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9. As for Bangor, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-10.

Coincidentally, Our Lady of the Lake Catholic and Bangor will both be playing Galesburg-Augusta the next time they take the field. The Lakers will head out to face the Rams at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
