It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Chester had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Bennett County Warriors 3-0. The Flyers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 14 straight.

Lily Van Hal paced Chester's offense, picking up 13 kills. Van Hal also shared the team's lead in assists with Jacy Wolf: they picked up 17 each. Emmerson Eppard controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Chester's victory bumped their record up to 32-1. As for Bennett County, they moved to 38-5 with that defeat, which also ended their 25-match winning streak.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Chester will square off against Warner at 6:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bennett County, they will challenge Northwestern Area at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
