Palestine entered their tilt with Rusk on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They escaped with a win against the Rusk Eagles by the margin of a single free throw, 53-52. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-42 on January 7th.

Palestine's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-17. As for Rusk, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-19 record this season.
