Fellowship Christian had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Centennial Knights. The game was the first time the Paladins have beaten the Knights on their court since September 16, 2017.

While Fellowship Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Centennial scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 25-21.

Coming up, Fellowship Christian will face off against Riverwood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Woodstock at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
