The Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bucks at 7:00 p.m. Purnell Swett is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

On Tuesday, Purnell Swett beat Lumberton 7-3.

The team relied heavily on Camden Hunt, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Mason Brewer was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Hoke County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 14-2 to Harnett Central.

Hoke County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Hollingsworth, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Hoke County's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Purnell Swett, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Purnell Swett skirted past Hoke County 5-3 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Bucks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
