With a playoff win on the line, Canyon Lake rose to the challenge on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Floresville Tigers/Jaguars as they made off with a 5-1 victory. Considering Canyon Lake has won ten games by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Floresville with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Avery Norris (2), Abigail Lowth, Isabella Biasatti, and Savanna Oberholtzer.

The win made it two in a row for Canyon Lake and bumps their season record up to 14-6-3. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those two contests. As for Floresville, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8-3.

Coming up, Canyon Lake will face off against London on Thursday. London's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Canyon Lake's offense will have their work cut out for them. Floresville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
