Basketball Game Preview: Medina Christian Academy Knights vs. Rittman Indians

The Medina Christian Academy Knights will venture away from home to challenge the Rittman Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Medina Christian Academy is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since February 21, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 46-26 to Oberlin. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Leah Stroup, who posted eight points. Anna Gibson was another key player, putting up six points.

Meanwhile, Rittman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against Waynedale, falling 57-3. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 747th, while the Golden Bears are ranked 285th).

Rittman's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Medina Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
