Softball Recap: Milwaukee School of Languages' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Milwaukee School of Languages had lost six games straight , but after bumping their record up to 2-6 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against Hamilton/Audubon as they made off with an 18-10 win. The Hawks not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 24, 2024 (when they won 16-8).

As for Hamilton/Audubon, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Even if they couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

For Hamilton/Audubon's part, Jonnelis Camacho was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Ivelisse Munoz was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Milwaukee School of Languages does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hamilton/Audubon, they will face off against Martin Luther at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
