It was a good run, but Prairie unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 56-55 to the Mountain View Thunder. The matchup marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Prairie's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-6. As for Mountain View, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Prairie will take on Evergreen at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mountain View, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Baker at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Mountain View is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.
