Volleyball Recap: Banning Lewis Academy's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Banning Lewis Academy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Belleview Christian Bruins. That's more bragging rights for the Stallions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Amelia Perez was the offensive standout of the game as she had 12 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

Perez wasn't the only good server: Banning Lewis Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in six consecutive contests dating back to last season.
