While Oak Hills's win against Burroughs wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Burros on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Burros recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Jacob Webster made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Webster was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Oak Hills' victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Burroughs, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-8.

Oak Hills will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Burros: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
