Basketball Recap: Cass Tech Takes a Loss

Cass Tech suffered their biggest loss since February 18th on Saturday. They were dealt a 47-17 defeat at the hands of the Heritage Hawks. The matchup marked the Technicians' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Cass Tech's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Heritage, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cass Tech and King will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heritage, it'll be Battle of the Birds when the Heritage Hawks duke it out with the Freeland Falcons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Freeland knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Heritage likes a good challenge.
