Baseball Recap: Chaminade Takes a Loss

Chaminade's last matchup with St. Louis HomeSchool P could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Saturday. Chaminade came up short against St. Louis HomeSchool P, falling 13-5. The defeat leaves the Red Devils still looking for their first win of the season.

Henry Ladenberger made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. He also scored a run, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Anthony Wohlstadter, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Chaminade's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: St. Louis HomeSchool P beat Chaminade by a score of 8-6 later that day.
