League recap: The Christian Academy's Haseltine delivers best pitching performance from past week

Tri-State Christian league recap: 5/22/13

Tri-State Christian's top pitcher this week was The Christian Academy's Brit Haseltine. He won one game and struck out eight batters.

The Christian Academy had a successful week, as it won two total games to lead the league. The Christian Academy beat Baptist Regional 15-4.

The Christian Academy's pitching staff had a strong showing this week, allowing only nine hits and six walks, both of which led the league.

Three batters hit over .400 this week. The group was paced by Matthew Crockett, who collected five hits in five at bats for a 1.000 average.

The Christian Academy's Andrew Wisneski rapped six hits this week, raising his season total to 29, a number that leads the league.
