On FridayHuntsville kept up with College Station until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. The College Station Cougars blew past the Huntsville Hornets 4-1. Considering the Cougars have won nine contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was College Station's third in a row) raised their record to 13-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three matchups. As for Huntsville, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the College Station challenge the A&M Consolidated at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Huntsville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Brenham at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
