Soccer Game Preview: Harris-Lake Park vs. East Sac County

The Harris-Lake Park Wolves will challenge the East Sac County Raiders at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. East Sac County took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Harris-Lake Park, who comes in off a win.

Harris-Lake Park took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let Storm Lake get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Harris-Lake Park have beaten Storm Lake the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Storm Lake has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, East Sac County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Kuemper, falling 4-0.

The victory got Harris-Lake Park back to even at 2-2. As for East Sac County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1.

Harris-Lake Park took their win against East Sac County in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. Will Wolves repeat their success, or do the Raiders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
