For the second straight game, East Noble will face off against Angola. The Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Hornets at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. East Noble is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.

On Saturday, East Noble was able to grind out a solid win over Angola, taking the game 6-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Abby Alwine spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Paige Griggs, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Emilie Stinson also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.

East Noble's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Angola, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
