Football Preview: Sneads Pirates vs. Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks
The Sneads Pirates are on the road again on Friday to play the Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, Sneads had just enough and edged Lighthouse Private Christian Academy out 8-6.

Port St. Joe wouldn't let Franklin County keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Eli Godwin, Asher Peacock, and Darion Cherry picked up one apiece. Cherry also set a new season high mark in total tackles with nine. Port St. Joe got some further help from Jacob Marshall: he picked up two sacks and made 12 total tackles.
Sneads' record now sits at 3-5. As for Port St. Joe, their record now sits at 3-4.
Friday's contest might be decided in the on the ground. Sneads has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 192.6 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Port St. Joe struggles in that department as they've been averaging 221.4. It's looking like Friday's match might have some serious battles in the trenches.
