Basketball Recap: Port Huron Finds Home Court Redemption Against Dakota

There's no place like home for Port Huron, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They secured a 36-31 W over the Dakota Cougars on Thursday. The Red Hawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cougars, too.

Dakota's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Meadow Cameron, who posted six points in addition to seven steals and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Gia Rizzo, who scored seven points and five steals.
