Football Recap: Charlotte Latin Hawks vs. Providence Day Chargers

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last seven games, Charlotte Latin finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were outmatched by the Providence Day Chargers and fell 41-0. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Chargers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Troy Logan threw for 64 yards on nine of 20 attempts. Anthony McGill was his top target, picking up 48 receiving yards. On the ground, De'Jon Douglas rushed for 28 yards.

It was another big night for Zaid Lott, who rushed for 134 yards and two scores on only eight carries, and also threw for 38 yards and one touchdown for Providence Day. Aidan Gallos was another key player, rushing for 78 yards and one TD on only nine carries.

Charlotte Latin's loss dropped their record down to 7-1. As for Providence Day, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
