Basketball Recap: Ramsey Hadi-Cox's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Liberty over Labrae

Liberty played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 65-41 to the LaBrae Vikings. The Leopards have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Liberty's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ramsey Hadi-Cox, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Croom II, who earned eight points.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for LaBrae, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Liberty wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 72-46 loss against Fairview on the 22nd. As for LaBrae, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 60-40 win against Mineral Ridge on the 21st.
