Basketball Game Preview: Dixie Greyhounds vs. Dayton Christian WARRIORS

The Dixie Greyhounds will face off against the Dayton Christian WARRIORS at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses for Dixie and three for Dayton Christian.

Dixie came up short against Twin Valley South on Friday, falling 70-44.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 62-15, which was the final score in Dayton Christian's tilt against Legacy Christian Academy on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the WARRIORS can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 759th, while the Knights are ranked 140th).

Dayton Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Dixie, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-17.

Dixie beat Dayton Christian 45-38 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Does Dixie have another victory up their sleeve, or will Dayton Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
