Sayre won the last time they faced Garrard County and things went their way on Saturday too. The Spartans blew past the Golden Lions 7-3. Considering Sayre have won five games by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Sayre and bumps their season record up to 6-2-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those two matchups. As for Garrard County, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-3-1.

Sayre has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Danville on the 14th. As for Garrard County, they will welcome Lincoln County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
