Baseball Recap: Dr. Joaquin Garcia Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Dr. Joaquin Garcia Bulldogs came up short against the Jupiter Warriors and fell 7-3. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eric Flores was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Rocco Castrillon also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Dr. Joaquin Garcia's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Jupiter, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dr. Joaquin Garcia will face off against Palm Beach Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jupiter, they will host Jensen Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Jupiter: 3.7, Jensen Beach: 2.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
