Soccer Recap: Lakeside vs. Brooklyn
On TuesdayBrooklyn kept up with Lakeside until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. The Lakeside Dragons never let the Brooklyn Hurricanes onto the board and left with a 3-0 win. The Dragons' winning goal came courtesy of Baileigh Wimer.
The victory got Lakeside back to even at 6-6-2. As for Brooklyn, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-11-2 record this season.
Lakeside's road trip will continue as they head out to face Cornerstone Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brooklyn, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Fairview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
