Basketball Recap: David Anderson's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

The third road contest was the charm for David Anderson, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against the East Palestine Bulldogs by a score of 45-36 on Saturday. This was payback for the Blue Devils, who suffered a 38-29 loss the last time these two teams met.

Leading David Anderson to victory were Lylah Brown and Jayden Smyth. Brown posted 16 points, while Smyth earned 15 points. Smyth continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Emelia Cook, who put up six points.
