Soccer Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton lost against California Military Institute back in February of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hamilton Bobcats came up short against the California Military Institute Rough Riders, falling 9-1. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 288th, while the Rough Riders are ranked 132nd).

This is the second loss in a row for Hamilton and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for California Military Institute, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will challenge Temecula Prep at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for California Military Institute, they will square off against Paloma Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
