Recap: Teaneck Highwaymen vs. Ramapo Raiders
The Teaneck Highwaymen's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. Their tough 67-42 defeat to Ramapo might stick with them for a while. Teaneck lost against Ramapo in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 75-46 score last time.
Ramapo's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Wyatt Eglinton manner led the charge by scoring 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Eglinton manner has scored all season. Peyton Seals was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Teaneck's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ramapo, they pushed their record up to 2-1 with that win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Teaneck will be home for the holidays to greet Paramus Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Paramus Catholic is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Ramapo will be home for the holidays to greet Bergenfield at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
